Puree
chicken livers. Add pureed chicken livers, garlic, and oil to bowl.
stir. Add 1 cup of both whole wheat flour and corn meal. Stir until
thoroughly mixed. Continue adding equal amounts of the flour and corn
meal until the dough is manageable to work with. Roll out on a well
floured surface and cut out into shapes. Cook at 350 degrees for
approx. 20 minutes. |
